On Tuesday June 14th 2022, the Bustamante Hospital for Children Cardiac Unit received Cardiovascular oxygenator kits needed for Paediatric open heart surgeries costing $1.4M donated by local businesses.

This was made possible through the efforts of Chain of Hope and IRAD Medical Supplies who recognized the financial constraints of the Cardiac unit and the critical needs of Pediatric cardiac patients and their families, they therefore set out to find sponsors for the upcoming Chain of Hope Surgical Mission 2022.

Thankfully, six local companies answered the call to support these Paediatric open heart procedures: PROVEN Wealth Limited, Sandals Foundation, Catherine’s Peak, Sicam Enterprises, West Indies Radiology Outsourcing Limited (WIROL), Limitless Synergy Consulting Limited and Smart Mobile Solution (SMS).
