PROVEN Wealth was fully aligned with the National Labour day theme of working together in Dignity, Community & Solidarity. Labour Day 2019 had the support of all PROVEN Wealth Branches from Montego Bay, Mandeville and Kingston; as the teams combined their efforts across the Island to aid homes and institutions within their surrounding business communities.
The projects took place at:
- Hope Hospice, located in Montego Bay which provides care and shelter for persons who are ill, HIV/AIDS infected and have no lodging and in desperate need of medical care.
- Alta Vista Children’s Home, located in Clarendon a non-profit organisation which seeks to help Orphan or abandoned children to find the ideal home.
- The Sir John Golding Rehabilitation Centre (SJGRC), formerly the Mona Rehabilitation Centre, which caters to the rehabilitation of patients afflicted with polio and other orthopedic ailments.
Solidarity and Team Effort
Johann Heaven, President, and CEO of PROVEN Wealth Limited who participated with his two daughters Aliyah and Jada Heaven in the day’s activities in Kingston, affirmed the group’s stance on teamwork which aligns with the company’s core value. “The pride and satisfaction of making meaningful change through our projects; and being a part of our communities during this time of nation building; are indeed gratifying. Along with my PROVEN Family we were pleased with the visible changes of our actions for the day.” Our team came out in their numbers and worked assiduously with the various homes to beautify the designated areas and donated toiletries amongst other items.
