Luwanna Williams is the President and CEO for PROVEN Wealth Jamaica. She is charged with the development and execution of revenue generating strategies for PROVEN Wealth Jamaica. She is committed to delivering on the company’s mission of providing sound investment advice and best-in-class service to its clients, while achieving superior value for all stakeholders.
Luwanna brings over 16 years’ experience in the local financial sector spanning the areas of Investment Banking, Financial Regulation and Financial Risk Management. Throughout her career in Corporate Finance, she has assisted companies in the public and private sectors to raise over J$36 billion in capital through the local and regional debt and equity markets. Luwanna has had a stellar career in the local finance sector having worked with JN Fund Managers Limited, Jamaica National Building Society and the Bank of Jamaica.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, along with a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance (Special) from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Monique Lawrence is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a robust risk and compliance framework within the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Technology and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation.
Her role includes identifying potential areas of vulnerability and developing the requisite corrective action plans to address any associated risks. She also provides guidance and support in relation to regulatory and compliance issues across the organization.
Trecia-Gay has responsibility for the overall oversight of the administration of Employer-Sponsored Superannuation Funds, the PROVEN Rock Approved Retirement Scheme and the Heritage International Scholarship Trust Savings Plan. She is critical in ensuring that the service standards are accurately and efficiently maintained for new and existing clients. She is responsible for coordinating with Trustees, regulatory bodies and industry practitioners to ensure the efficient administration of the portfolio.
She has over 18 years of experience in the field of pensions and 2 years of experience in general administration. Her career spans companies such as Employee Benefits Administrator Limited and Victoria Mutual Pensions Management and includes 4 years of pensions regulatory experience with the Financial Services Commission. She is a Certified Change Manager with a certificate from PROSCI Methodology of Change Management. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies.
Chrisloy Robinson is the Vice President of Private & Corporate Banking for Proven Wealth Region 2. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and deliver tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth clients.
With over 13 years of experience in the financial industry, Chrisloy possesses a deep understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. His tenure in senior roles within Wealth Management and Investment Banking has enabled him to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide them with customized wealth management solutions.
Chrisloy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance.
Mr. Richard Gordon is the Senior Vice President, Group Chief Investment Officer where he manages over $98Bn in assets under management and is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the different investment strategies to drive performance for all funds managed within the Group. Additionally, he is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Education Funds International where he is responsible for strategic oversight and direction of the entity and growth of the education savings plan throughout the region.
Senior executive with over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry spanning various business areas. Over the last ten years, he has held several senior positions within Proven Wealth covering treasury management, research, wealth management and pension fund management and administration.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from the University of Exeter. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Shauna-Kay is a highly skilled financial professional with a robust foundation in treasury and trading operations, with a strong background in managing liquidity, analysing market trends, and executing trades across a variety of asset classes. Her strategic approach and leadership skills have been honed with over a decade of experience in the financial sector.
Shauna-Kay holds a BSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of the West Indies (Mona). Her ongoing pursuit of an MBA from Mona School of Business and Management reflects her commitment to continuous growth and mastery in the financial sector.

As the Senior Manager of Finance, Allaina James-Brown is dedicated to upholding rigorous accounting practices and financial control standards to safeguard the company’s reputation and enhance operational efficiency. With a wealth of experience in financial oversight and corporate governance, she ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial records, providing comprehensive reports that reflect the company’s financial health on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Before joining PROVEN Wealth Limited, Allaina held various finance and accounting positions at Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited, a member of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in managing financial reporting, analysis, and compliance within a large, internationally recognized institution. This background has equipped her with a solid foundation in best practices for financial management within the finance sector and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment impacting financial services.
In her current role, Allaina oversees the development and implementation of finance and accounting strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and compliance. She plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s financial decisions and participating in process improvements and business development initiatives that drive value. Tanisha Lynch joined PROVEN Wealth in 2017 and is currently the Senior Manager of Pension and Fund Accounting, having previously held the positions of Manager and Assistant Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Tanisha possesses extensive knowledge of pension and fund accounting in which she works. Her previous experience includes roles with Collective Solution LLC and Guardian Life Limited.
Tanisha holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Leicester (UK), and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.
