PROVEN Gives Final Drop to VOUCH

Christmas came early for the Voluntary Organization for the Upliftment of Children (V.O.U.C.H) as students were treated with gifts from PROVEN and the Women’s Leadership Initiative.

The PROVEN team, comprising of President and CEO Chorvelle Johnson and Ryan Reid, AVP Wealth Management alongside Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Education Committee Head, Sharon Lake saw the need to bring cheer to the students supporting the hard work they continue to do.

Ryan Reid noted “It’s really a huge part of what we do, giving back to the communities that we serve; the students here are sharp and gifted, to know that we can impact their lives in such as simple way, is a great feeling.”

Sharon Lake, Chair of the WLI’s Education Committee said “we are so pleased with the continuous support that we get for our education projects at VOUCH from PROVEN. The gifts mean a lot to the community and children; the children are overjoyed at the gifts.”

The One Drop Donation Drive done by PROVEN forms part of the company’s commitment to support communities in which they operate and to engage staff to give back wholeheartedly. Held recently, the event sought to collect, through staff, client and corporate donations, blood for the National Blood Transfusion Service (Blood Bank) and school supplies and food items for selected schools and shelters.
